• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
• You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard Shipping: Delivers in 5 to 14 business days via USPS.
• Shipping Rates: Real-time shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

3. International Shipping (Canada & United Kingdom)

We are thrilled to now offer international shipping to our customers in Canada and the UK!

• Delivery Timelines: International delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

• Please Note: Soapmomento LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), or brokerage fees applied to your package by your local government.
• All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at hello@soapmomento.com with photos so we can help resolve the issue for you.
